Luxury Spa & Wellness Hotel Prezident ****^SUPERIOR is a new four-star modern design hotel located directly in the heart of the historical centre of the city, only 100 m from the hot Spring (sometimes refered to as the first spring) and the other healing springs. 

Do you need a preventive or a specialized therapeutic stay? We can offer you medical treatments for adults and children up 6 years with the illness of the digestive tract or metabolic disorder (liver illness, gallbladder, stomach, intestines, diabetes, obesity), locomotor system, Anti-stress programme, relax and weight loss programmes. 

If you would like to come only for a few days, we can invite you to a short Wellness or Relax stay. 

For all our hotel guests, admission to our new Wellness Resort with swimming pool (decorated with onyx) offering four different saunas (Biosauna, Finnish Sauna, Tepidarium – Salt Sauna with inhalation, Caldarium – Stema Sauna with a high humidity) as well as admission to our fitness room are free of charge.

If you are looking for absolute privacy, try one of our unique private adventure sauna suites and a floating pool with additives from the Dead Sea, providing you with in-depth relaxation experience not only to your body but also to your mind and soul.

The hotel offers an excellent spa department. An experienced team of physiotherapists, masseurs and rehabilitation workers, led by the world renowned expert and physician Dr. Milada Sarová are at your service providing traditional treatments combined with modern alternatives.

The spa and beauty department also offer a range of beauty and wellness treatments for men and women of all ages.

Our rooms feature contemporary design and every comfort. The standard equipment of all rooms include LCD TV, satellite TV, DVD player, direct-dial telephone, minibar, safe deposit box, shower or bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, medical mattresses, chairs, coffee table and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are available in four categories - Standard, Design, Lux and Suite. Some rooms have balconies, air conditioning, separate beds, extra bed and linking two rooms. Smoking is not permitted within the premises of the hotel.

In summer, guests can enjoy coffee or cocktails and relax on the beautiful sun terrace located on the rooftop of the swimming pool, providing a unique view of the spa town and the surrounding woods.

If you are looking for a cosy place to relax, the hotel's Cafe Lounge is a perfect place, where you can enjoy a quiet drink or snacks throughout the day.

Our restaurant offers excellent domestic and international cuisine, as well as its own original creative recipes. Our executive chef and his team in cooperation with a nutritional consultant and a dietician prepare delicious meals, diets and specially designed menus of fresh and premium ingredients.

Our staff speak Russian, English and German.
