Karlovy Vary will enter the new spa season on the first weekend of May. From 30 April to 2 May, the whole city will come alive with one of the most important cultural and social events. Residents and visitors alike can look forward to a rich cultural programme, which will also be attended by a number of distinguished guests from around the world.

Saturday’s programme will be devoted to the traditional rituals marking the start of the season in Karlovy Vary, such as the blessing of the springs by the Apostolic Nuncio, a festive mass, and a procession through the city.
