What we do we do it with passion

We do care where we and our children live. We want a creative region. Investing in a creativity as an innovative potential is a chance for development and prosperity of firstly regions, but also of the whole country. It concerns us all that’s why we start with children and educational institutions moving on to entrepreneurs and public administration.

WHO WE ARE

PROTEBE live is an association of designers, creatives and patriots. Since 2005 we have been building the image of Karlovy Vary as a cultural and civically active city, what we would love to call a ‘living city’. On our journey we have been joined by the design gallery SUPERMARKET WC, where we have been organised a year-round exhibitions, lectures, workshops and networking. When we outgrew our premises, we have decided to move to a bigger more suitable space changing our name to DIZAJNPARK. THE NAME CHANGES THE GOOD REMAINS!

WHY WE DO IT

Our focus has always been on developing creative thinking, practical skills and expanding creative horizons. Its importance is now embedded in the strategy of our cultural and creative industries.

WHAT WE DO

Through cultural and educational projects we demonstrate that design is actually a part of everyday’s life. We teach creative thinking and show how it can help us by offering workshops for children, young people and the public. Our projects focus is on education and awareness through design, creative thinking, collaborations ,communication, sustainability and the ability to work together. DIZAJNPARK CREATIVE CENTRE has been founded 14 years ago and from the beginning it has been focusing on creative, educational and artistic activities for the wide public. It has become a meeting place with a variety of educational workshops and cultural events. It’s a creative nest and a community place to stop by, get inspired, relax and create.
