The Spa House offers the up-to-date dining room, café and bar, where the dancing parties are held, beauty salon, fitness and hotel own balneo facilities. The building is equipped with 2 lifts.

Sadový Pramen belongs to the main and most important facilities of Karlovy Vary for its traditional treatment using naturalhealing resources. One of the healing springs – Sadový springwhich is used for drinking cures, rises directly in the Spa House. The world-famous thermo-mineral spring Vřídlo is fed also directly into the Spa House. It is used for inhalation and hydrotherapy procedures such as thermal baths, bubble baths, carbonic baths, hydroxer baths and underwater massages. Spa House Sadový Pramen is not equipped with own swimming pool.

The indoor pool of Spa V. and thermal outdoor pool operated by hotel Thermal (5 minute walk from Sadový Pramen) can be used.
