Our family guesthouse can be found in a quiet sunny district by the forest. The city center is only 500 meters away (10 – 15 minutes of walk) and all places of interest within Karlovy Vary are easily reachable.

Our guesthouse offers comfortable stay in our two, three or four bed rooms with private bathrooms. Free parking is available. The garden is a nice and pleasant place to sit in the summer (an electric grill is available). There is a small kitchenette in the room where breakfasts are served. PC connected to the internet and also free wireless connection (Wi-Fi) are available.

Forest paths suitable for the popular nordic walking start right near the entrance to the garden. We will borrow you the appropriate sticks for free.
