Throughout the holidays, the town of Karlovy Vary has prepared another activity for all citizens, guests, tourists and visitors - Nordic Walking fitness walks in the unique spa forests.
Every Wednesday and Friday from 4 pm we start at Emperor Spa - a branch of the Information Centre. Each of the participants can rent NW walking sticks for free. All you need is a good mood, sports clothes and shoes and the desire to discover new routes in the spa forests at a brisk pace.
You will be guided by experienced instructors from the team of Arturo Regieta, who has been actively involved in Nordic Walking in Karlovy Vary for several years and thousands of satisfied visitors have passed through his "hands".

Arthur is a heartthrob. A big heart. With him, you won't be bored on your NW walk through the Spa Forest. Few people know the local roads, paths and trails like he does. Arthur just gets you excited to get moving. You'll be delighted with his attitude and the energy that radiates from him in all directions. No wonder he is the first Nordic walking leader and instructor in Karlovy Vary. At his instigation, NW was included among the standard spa treatments in Karlovy Vary in such hotels as the Imperial, Bristol, Astoria, Thermal, Krivan and many others.
