La Hospoda restaurant opened in June 2019 on the site of the former Luna restaurant. Not only were the premises completely renovated, but the restaurant's entire concept was also transformed. Although La Hospoda is primarily about excellent food and the best beer in the world, the project has a much broader purpose. 

In cooperation with leading brands, La Hospoda also contributes to improving the quality of education for students of gastronomy and hospitality. It is a model example of a public-private partnership (PPP).
