The Family Apartments by ASTORIA Hotel & Medical Spa building has a unique location, right in the spa and historical center of Karlovy Vary, just a few steps from the main Karlovy Vary Mill Colonnade, within easy reach of all the city's sights. It is only a short distance to the surrounding Karlovy Vary spa forests, which are ideal for walks, sports and relaxation. Family Apartments are located in the neighborhood of the parent spa and wellness hotel ASTORIA Hotel & Medical Spa with a 24-hour reception, where guests can book and use the range of all its services, from buffet meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), wellness center (swimming pool, 3 saunas, Kneipp´s path, relaxation rooms), to spa treatments with professional medical staff (baths, massages, therapies, etc.), and also Beauty salon and shop CARL'S cosmetics or Thai massages TAWAN.

Accommodation

Family Apartments by ASTORIA Hotel & Medical Spa offers its guests accommodation in 10 rooms of the family apartment type. These are completely new apartments furnished in a modern style, decorated with street art elements from a street art artist named ChemiS. They are mainly intended for families with children. The total capacity of 10 apartments is 47 beds. The apartments are located on five above-ground floors, the elevator takes guests comfortably to each of them.

Apartment for 5 people

Nine apartments (size 51 m² - 54 m²) have 5 fixed beds. Baby cots are also available free of charge upon prior request when booking.
Apartment equipment: 2 living bedrooms, flat-screen Smart TV with satellite channels, safe, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, coffee set, induction hob, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, and bathroom with bidet toilet, shower and toiletries (cosmetics – body and hair shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, body lotion). Bed linen, towels, daily and final cleaning are provided by the housekeeping staff and are included in the price of the stay.

Apartment for 2 people

One apartment with a size of 25 m² has only 2 fixed beds. Baby cots are also available free of charge upon prior request when booking.
Apartment equipment: 1 living bedroom, flat-screen Smart TV with satellite channels, safe, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, coffee set, induction hob, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, and bathroom with bidet toilet, shower and toiletries (cosmetics – body and hair shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, body lotion). Bed linen, towels, daily and final cleaning are provided by the housekeeping staff and are included in the price of the stay.

All rooms

All rooms and areas of the Family Apartments are non-smoking, covered by a good WiFi signal.
A technical room with a washing machine is available for all apartments in the common areas (including washing powder), tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, sink and a large heating ladder for drying clothes. On the ground floor of the house there is a children's playroom with climbing frames, children's toys, a bicycle storage room (including the possibility of charging electric bicycles) and a space for strollers. In the back of the house, there is an outdoor terrace with seating for guests.

Staying with pets is allowed, the fee is 500 CZK per night. However, pets are not allowed in the children's playroom and on the terrace. The apartments, as well as the entire building, meet the highest fire safety requirements.

The 24/7 reception staff at the neighboring parent hotel speak Czech, German, English and Russian and will gladly provide you with practical information about services, parking, tips for exploring and activities in the city and in the Karlovy Vary region. A limited number of parking spaces are available to guests for a fee, reservation of a parking space is required in advance.
