The largest of the net of restaurants of „Staroslovanská Kuchyně“ is situated in the centre of Karlovy vary, in the beginning of Moskevská Street, almost opposite the Municipal Autority, on the groundfloor of two old houses. A few rooms, including a smoking rooms, a „ summer café“ under a canvas cloth roof can welcome 140-150 guests.

Two ovens for oak wood are able to prepare delicious food quickly and for all people.

The style of the restaurant like the other ones of the net of „Staroslovanská Kuchyně“ is composed of granite, wood, crystal decoration, with no use of opulence. In a separated room there is a waterfall flowing on stones and lianes. There is quiet and pleasant atmosphere. However, every Friday and Saturday „ the Mafia“ meets at a large round table in the next room.

Like in all other restaurants of the net popular meals are skewered sirloin beef meat and lamb chine „ Karé“. Simply, red, sweet-smelling pork or chicken or roast vegetables – all in great portions! Of course, excellent skewered venison meat and roasted on coal. Succulent salmon, excellent home made sausages, made of chicken, beef, deer, wild boar, moufflon.And mash in cups: buckwheat and barley, with mushrooms and vegetables! Each meal is a great gastronomic experience. And even unique home made bread made of ground barley and baked here. You will never see any similar bread anywhere else: it is crispy and good for your health.

From the own brewery the dark Karlovy Vary beer of „ Starý Hrad“: non-filtered, non- pasteurized, of 6 degrees, 14% density, not bitter, really full of life! You will not find these anywhere else.
