This year´s European workshop Future Light has brought a new perspective of possible spa cups decor.
The organizers together with the Mayor of the Town judged the designs created in this workshop and chose the best. The town could use them for its official souvenirs next year.
They evaluated the originality, wit, conception and the freshness of the designs. Three designs out of five were chosen to be elaborated on. The evaluators appreciated e.g. the gentleness of the artistic expression of the Chinese-Swedish artist Supawan Silhapoompichit "Sam" Morris, who depicted a view of the chamois. The German artist Marie Braun´s design took the second place. The evaluators appreciated her wit and the effect of her design which depicted a jumping chamois. However, it was the design by the Finnish artist Marie Punkkinen with chamois silhouettes complemented with a variety of gentle colours that aroused the most interest.
