Petr Kroutil Orchestra

A jazz saxophone and clarinet player, singer, flautist and composer who studied at the prestigious Berklee College Of Music where he specialized in performance and jazz composition. After he moved to Nepal in January 2004 for almost two years, he attended the courses of bamboo flute at the Kathmandu Music University.

Already at the age of 18, Petr became a member of a very successful music band -  Original Prague Syncopated Orchestra. With the orchestra, together with  Ondřej Havelka and Pavel Klikar, Petr travelled almost all Europe and North Africa. He became famous only after the TV adaptation of "Prima Sezóna", a novel written by Josef Škvorecký, was made, in which he played the role of Danny Smiřický. He also prepared the music for the series.
